Staff from Prospect Community Housing have been able to visit the new Clovenstone Close development where construction is well underway.
Prospect will be taking 24 of the 69 properties in this development that is being built next to Kingsknowe Golf Course just over the road from their existing Clovenstone homes. The other 45 properties will be sold by the contractor, and you can find out more about these on their site.
Prospect’s properties are due to be completed in August 2025. These will be advertised on EdinIndex when nearer to completion, and will be allocated through the Key To Choice system. To be considered for any of these new properties, you need to be registered on EdinIndex. If you are already on EdinIndex, make sure your details are all up to date so that you are ready to bid when the time comes.
The Clovenstone Close properties Prospect will be letting are:
- Sixteen 1 bedroom flats
- Five 2 bedroom flats
- Three 3 bedroom flats
