Space at the Broomhouse Hub will be holding Space Station a 8-week catering and hospitality course open to anyone aged 16 upwards.
Trainees get hands-on experience with food preparation, learn hygiene rules, and work toward earning their Elementary REHIS Food Hygiene qualification. The course starts starts at 2.30pm on Monday, 4 November 2024.
