Local MSP for Edinburgh Pentlands, Gordon Macdonald, has released his latest newsletter for April 2025.
The newsletter contains details that negotiations are underway for the purchase of former MoD homes at Dreghorn, his recent visit to the Sunflower Pantry in Clovenstone, news of Gordon’s plans to retire at the next Scottish Parliament Election, a recent visit with a team of students from Heriot-Watt who have launched a proposal to reopen the South Suburban Railways using train-trams, an emergency fun set up to support the charities affected by the EIJB cuts, as well as the increased support for Council Tax Debt, Prospect’s recent purchase of more properties in the Clovenstone Close Development, and finally news that there will be gas network upgrades on Lanark Road from Monday 24 March 2025 lasting 7 weeks.
