NHS Scotland are recruiting an Assistant Practice Manager based at the Wester Hailes Healthy Living Centre.
The post is permanent and full time, working 37.5 hours per week with a salary of £22,700 – £24,973.
- To provide a high quality, professional comprehensive and pro-active secretarial and administrative service to the practice team.
- Manage day-to-day workload of the secretaries, administration and clerical team, organising workload to meet practice objectives.
- Act as the first point of contact for patients and other stakeholders contacting the Practice with more complex enquiries, portraying the Practice in thehighest possible professional basis.
