Hello Sentinel readers!
My name is Craig Tyrie and starting this week I am the new trainee community reporter for the Digital Sentinel. I’ll be getting about the area covering the news of organisations based around Wester Hailes. I am a politics graduate from Edinburgh University and although I don’t live in the area I am keen to gather as much knowledge about Wester Hailes as I can and write the stories that matter. ( I am also not big on golf but here I am standing next to The Ryder Cup!)
I hope to cover many of the events and organisations within the community that do good work and have a real positive impact, so if you see me at any events please say hello and let me know if there’s anything I can highlight on the DigitalSentinel.
