The Police Scotland Youth Advisory Panel is a new initiative to use the experiences of young people in measuring how their current policies affect them and then change future policing strategies. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of how Scotland is policed.
The panel is looking for 20 young people aged between 12-25 from across Scotland who want to shape the future of Scotland’s policing, help Police Scotland interact with young people and are able to work well in a group communicating with adults and other young people.
If you are interested then please visit the youngscot website where you can find an application form and full details on the position. The closing date for applications is 17 October 2014.
