A fire prevention session aimed at families will be held at Wester Hailes Healthy Living Centre on Friday 23 January from 2.15pm.
The session will be jointly run by the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service and the Family Solutions team. The planned activities include a drop-in with coffee and cake where parents and older children can get fire prevention advice followed by a family quiz and games. Parents will be able to arrange for the Fire and Rescue Service to assess their home and provide free fire prevention equipment. There will also be a fire engine in the car park for children to see.
