Re-union Canal Boats are running a pancake relay on Tuesday 17 February 2015 at 12:00 noon – 2.00pm. Teams will gather at Edinburgh Quay to run the short relay course stopping only to flip their pancake under the watchful eye of their trained marshals.

Each team must supply their own frying pan, an entry fee of £20 per team will be required which will be help fund the work of Re-Union Canal Boats Ltd.
