The deadline for applicants is 31 July 2015, 5.00pm. If you are interested email your CV to Kate Griffin, Arts Development Officer, email kate@whalearts.co.uk.

This is an exciting opportunity to join WHALE Arts’ team and gain insight into a diverse community arts organisation in Edinburgh. We are looking for volunteers to assist with our youth arts projects, running from May-June and/or July-August.

Our programme includes:Street Arts – an arts outreach project on the streets of Wester Hailes, regular weekly arts and dance projects based at WHALE Arts Centre and our busy summer activities programme. We offer training, some expenses and the chance to gain experience and understanding of working in a community arts organisation.

This role would suit someone seeking work experience or volunteering opportunities, Arts students, or those interested in becoming a youth worker.
