Prospect Community Housing have launched a new website with the aim of increasing online services for its tenants. As well as providing a wide range of information on tenancy matters, it gives Prospect tenants the opportunity to pay their rent, log a repair, or update their tenancy details online. The website was developed in consultation with tenants to make sure it matched their priorities. Community information has a high profile on the site with details of local services and agencies included on the Your Community page.

Right from the start, the tenants we spoke to were clear that they wanted a modern, attractive site that had a community focus and provided online services for tenants. We have delivered this. As well as plenty of community information, the website allows tenants to access their rent account and repairs history, pay their rent, log a repair, and change their household details. We will be introducing additional online services later this year. It also contains short videos that demonstrate common tasks such as re-setting a trip switch and unblocking a sink.
