Edinburgh Community Food are offering a free (usually £55) REHIS Elementary Food Hygiene course for those who work or volunteer in the South West of Edinburgh. The course is open to everyone and is suitable for all those whose work or volunteering involves the handling or preparation of food.
Elementary Food Hygiene is a professionally and nationally recognised certificated course which provides training in the principles and practice of good food hygiene.
- Learn skills for the workplace and the home – prepare food safely and confidently
- Interested in getting into catering? – Improve your CV and add to your skill set
- Satisfy legal requirements in the workplace
- Ensure the safety of your customers & service users
The course is run over two half days and will take place on the following dates:
Monday 11 January and Monday 18 January 2016
9.30am -1.00pm
