The Wester Hailes Community Trust is a new community-led organisation which aims to support local people and help them make real community decisions that shape the future of Wester Hailes. The Trust will be holding an information session open to everyone with lunch provided on Saturday 5 March 2016, 11.00am – 1.00pm at Wester Hailes library, upstairs in the Connect Room.
The Trust will give people the power to follow through with the suggestions made at community discussion like the Open Space event. This means that it will not only support small street or neighbourhood based activities by area wide ones. The information session is an excellent opportunity to get involved with the group as it is starting.
The Wester Hailes Community Trust are inviting anyone who is over sixteen and lives in Wester Hailes to become a member and have their say in the future of Wester Hailes.
