We asked all our tenants to make sure the contact details we had for them and those living in their household were correct and up to date. The new IT system we have in place means we can offer more flexibility in how we communicate with our tenants enabling us to use text or email as well as letters. This means we can give you the information you need quickly and keep costs down.
Prospect entered everyone who responded by sending their contact details into a prize drawn and Nancy was the winner!
