We paid a visit to the WHALE Arts Centre yesterday to take part in a jam making workshop run by Rob Ford from Edinburgh & Lothians Greenspace Trust.
The workshop was organised to highlight some of the ways the local community could use all of the great fruit which is currently growing around the WHALE Arts Centre in the WHALE growing space at the front of the building and the new WHALE garden at the back of the building.
The workshop was a lot of fun with local people taking part in preparing the jam and some even choosing to make their own decorative labels. Everyone was particularly happy to taste some delicious jam Rob had made earlier!
