Prospect Tenants: Have your say!

Prospect Community Housing has released an update from the latest meeting of their Tenant Forum, where residents met to discuss how Prospect should communicate with tenants.

There were some really positive discussions last night at the Prospect Tenants’ Forum as they looked at how Prospect communicates with tenants. Those attending were asked for their views on the frequency of mailings, what communication methods might be used in the future, and their preferences for how they receive information and updates from us.

The Forum also talked about what they would like to see in the 2015/16 Performance Report. And they gave their ideas for what should be included in our upcoming tenants’ satisfaction survey.

The Tenants’ Forum gives a great opportunity for feedback, suggestions and discussion around issues that directly affect Prospect tenants. It meets 4 times a year in an early evening time slot, light refreshments are provided. Topics are generally decided in advance of the meetings and are usually issues that have been suggested by Forum members.

If you are a Prospect tenant and would like to come along to the next meeting, please contact them on 0131 458 5480. You can keep up to date with all everything happening at Prospect on their website here.
