WHALE Arts has released their latest What’s On programme detailing all the great events and activities that will be taking place in the WHALE Arts Centre from September to December 2017.
The programme’s front cover was designed by local lad Sean McNeill who won WHALE Arts’ Birthday Card Competition celebrating their 25th birthday.
