Edinburgh Community Food have announced that they are collecting toiletries on behalf of Edinburgh’s Basics Bank food banks.
People across the city are very generous in donating food to Edinburgh’s many food banks but how many of us think of other items those using food banks might need?
Humble Necessities such as sanitary products, razor blades or toilet roll?
We at Edinburgh Community Food have teamed up with Edinburgh’s Basics Food Banks to collect and distribute these vital items.
All donations are gratefully received!
They are looking for kind donations of the following items:
- Feminine hygiene products
- Shaving Foam
- Razor Blades
- Shower Gel
- Soap
- Shampoo
- Toothpaste
- Toothbrush
- Deodorant
- Washing Powder
- Toilet Roll
They are open to drop-offs (6.00am-2.00pm) and can also come and collect larger donations.
