The Health Agency’s Willow Gardening Group has released a quick update after their last session of the year thanking everyone who has took part.
Our last visit to the garden of the year for the regular Willow Group Gardening session- still working hard clearing strawberry runners from the paths and relaying wood chip.
Huge thanks to all our volunteers over this year for all their good cheer and willingness to work to create a beautiful outdoor space for everyone in the area to enjoy. We’ve had a lovely year in the garden with many more community sessions and local people coming to enjoy the garden. What a great year Hip hip hooray!
The group will be taking a short break over the festive period with sessions returning to normal from Tuesday 9 January 2018.
The group meets every Tuesday at the Healthy Living Centre at 12.45pm. They hold a lot of events so make sure you follow their Facebook page to keep up to date with everything they do.
