Medicine growing sessions with new CommuniTea project

Grass Roots Remedies is happy to announce the launch of their new CommuniTea Project, inviting local people to join them to grow and forage medicinal herbs around Wester Hailes and turn them into herbal teas to share.

The first sessions will take place on:

  • Wednesday 23 May 2018, 6.00pm – 8.00pm
  • Friday 25 May 2018, 2.00pm – 4.00pm
  • Friday 8 June 2018, 2.00pm – 4.00pm

Sessions are free and take place at the Calders Community Garden, by the canal. All are welcome, come along and join in foraging for medicinal herbs. These will be dried blended and distributed to local community groups, and our community clinic later in the year.
