Wester Hailes Library: Classics Club

Wester Hailes Library’ Classics Club will be holding a screening of The African Queen at 3.00pm on Monday 30 September 2019.

In Africa during World War I, a gin-swilling riverboat captain is persuaded by a strait-laced missionary to use his boat to attack an enemy warship.

Wester Hailes library Classics Club is a group for lovers of older films. The club will meet monthly on the last Monday of the month showing a classic movie from the 30s, 40s and 50s.
