Local textile group Stitch ‘n’ Time will be holding an exhibition titled ‘Gets ShirTie’ at WHALE Arts from next Wednesday 4 March 2020.
The exhibition is part of an upcycling project where members of the group were given the challenge of creating something new using old shirts and ties.
The exhibition will be on display until the 24th March and open Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm.
Stitch ‘n’ Time meet weekly at the WHALE Arts Centre on Tuesdays 1.00pm – 3.00pm. The group teaches new skills, creating projects which help the community and providing a space for people to come together for a chat and a cuppa.
