The City of Edinburgh Council are looking to recruit a Pupil Support Assistant based at Wester Hailes Education Centre.
The post is part time, working 30 hours per week during term time, with a salary of £16,775.00 – £18,860.00 per year.
We are seeking a Pupil Support Assistant to work in our Wellbeing Hub. The Wellbeing Hub is a new part of the provision at WHEC that is designed to meet the needs of young people with social, emotional and behavioural needs with smaller classes and a high staff ratio. Run on Nurture principles, the Hub will provide a safe and welcoming environment where positive relationships and trauma-informed approaches can help young people achieve their potential. There will be a focus on developing social, emotional and communication skills as well as academic learning.
