The Health Agency is recruiting a part-time Office Administrator working 26 hours per week with a salary of £18,320.
We are looking to recruit an experienced Office Administrator to join our team and support the smooth running of the organisation.
The successful candidate will be a highly organised and responsible individual, who enjoys working in a varied and flexible role and as part of a team. You will be a team player, with excellent administrative skills and undertake work to a high level of accuracy.
PURPOSE OF JOB
- To provide dedicated and confidential support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Senior Management Team(SMT), as well as the Board of Directors, Sub-Groups, and generalist administration support
- To develop and maintain administration and record keeping systems, designed to ensure the smooth running of the organisation
- To act as the first point of contact for enquiries to the Agency by undertaking reception duties as required
