Prospect Community Housing: September Coronavirus Update

Prospect Community Housing released the following update on Thursday last week giving the latest updates on how they are adapting their services due to coronavirus, as well as useful information for tenants and local people.

Latest Updates
Scottish Government announced last week that the re-opening of non-essential offices has now been put back to October. This means that Prospect’s office will not re-open to the public before then. Our staff remain contactable by phone, text and email during office hours and we are now providing a full range of services. We will continue to follow Scottish Government guidance on when we can re-open and will keep you updated.

We have begun re-letting empty properties in a way which is safe for both new tenants and staff. This has included increased use of phone calls, videos of the properties, and safe methods for signing tenancy agreements. We advertise our available properties via Key To Choice. Please get in touch if you have any questions.
