EdIndex will be launching a new Key to Choice website next Friday, 16 April 2021, changing how people will bid for a home.
The new website will require people to be registered on the new Housing Online site to be able to bid for available homes advertised on Key to Choice.
To register your details for Housing Online you will need to:
- Know your EdIndex number; and
- Have an e-mail address.
If you have forgotten your EdIndex number and they have your e-mail address you can click here and an e-mail with your number will automatically be sent to you.
If you have forgotten your EdIndex number and do not have your e-mail address please email your full name, date of birth and address to housingonlineregistration@edinburgh.gov.uk and they will e-mail it to you.
When you have all this information and are ready to register click here

If you have forgotten your email password and require extra digital help, the Wester Hailes Connects Project runs online drop in sessions Mondays, 10.30am – 12.30pm.
