SCOREscotland Youth Film Projects

Some of the young people of SCOREscotland’s Knots and Crosses Youth Club have been taking part in a 9 week film making project in partnership with Screen Scotland.

Several of the Young Peoples films have been entered into the Youth Climate Film Awards. The film showings are part of the Keep Scotland Beautiful delivered & Screen Scotland  funded by the Youth Climate Film Project.

The films premiered at the 1.5c Youth Climate Film Awards on the evening of 30 April. All of the films were commended for sharing their views on climate change.

The films by SCOREscotland’s young people are:

Food Waste

A young person from SCOREscotland reveals the scale of food waste and highlights the value of food sharing.

This film was produced as part of the Youth Climate Film Project and submitted as an entry to the ‘Consumption’ category.

Climate Justice

Young people from SCOREScotland highlight inequalities in our world and call for action from all of us.

A young person from SCOREScotland shares their views on why we need to reduce, re-use and recycle with relation to climate change.
