Join the Explorers of Westburn Woods on Tuesday 15 June 2021 for a wander around the Woods followed by a discussion on the future of the woods and plans to conserve them.
1:30-2.30pm Wee Wander in Westburn Woods
Walk as a group from WHALE Arts to and around Westburn Woods. Spaces are limited so booking is essential. All ages welcome, however children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
3-4pm Westburn Woods: The Future
An online presentation and discussion about the woods and plans to conserve them. This will be held using Zoom. Sign up to receive the link to join.

A two part session exploring future plans for our local woods in Wester Hailes. Join one session or both. No previous woodlands knowledge required!
Learn a bit about the nature in Westburn Woods. Hear what needs to be done to conserve them and make them more accessible. Make suggestions. If you or your group are interested, to find out how to get involved. Find out about or request a summer 2021 creative activity in the woods.
