Prospect Community Housing are recruiting a Full Time Property Services Admin Team Leader.
The post is full time working 35 hours per week with a salary of £33,642.00 – £36,941.00 per year.
We are currently recruiting for an individual to lead our administration team in the provision of a high-quality maintenance and repairs service to our tenants and other customers. This job involves daily contact with our tenants and is a key post in the overall delivery of our tenant focused service. Training and support will be provided for the right candidate to succeed in the role.

The successful candidate will be highly motivated, with experience of working in a customer focused
environment. You will be efficient, proactive and be able to build and maintain excellent relationships with
our customers and your colleagues.
