There’s a new book in production and the author would like to hear from anyone with reminiscences of the time which could go in it.
John Walmsley is a documentary photographer and was an Artist in Residence at the WHEC for 3 weeks in 1979. He photographed the school and the neighbourhood as well as working with the kids. The photos can be seen on his website:
