Prospect: August 2021 COVID-19 Update

Prospect Community Housing have released an August 2021 Update detailing their latest response and the impact of the Coronavirus on their services.

We want to keep everyone updated with our response to the current situation, and to try and help tenants feel connected to information.

Office Re-opening
Scottish government Covid guidelines for offices changed recently so we are now planning a partial re-opening of Prospect’s office. Starting from Monday 6th September, we will be open from 9.30AM- 12.30PM, Monday to Friday, apart from Wednesday which will be 10.30AM-12.30PM. This will not affect the delivery of any of our services which will continue to operate as normal as they have done throughout the pandemic. During this initial opening period only limited staff will be available so you may not be able to see the member of staff who you ask for when dropping in. Advance appointments can be made. Only come to the office if you do not have Covid symptoms and please wear a facemask unless you are exempt and observe our 1 metre social distancing requirements. We also encourage you to use the hand sanitiser provided.
