Prospect is recruiting for a temporary Maintenance Team Member working fixed term for 12 months.
The post is full time working 35 hours per week Monday to Friday with a salary of £17,756 – £20,429 per annum.
THE ROLE
We are currently recruiting for an individual to join our Estates Maintenance Team for a fixed term period of 12 months. As part of the team you will provide cleaning, caretaking, environmental and landscape maintenance work within tenanted properties and common areas of Prospect’s housing developments.
ABOUT YOU
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be well organised and committed to providing the best service possible to our tenants. A full driving licence and a positive, customer focused attitude is essential. Previous experience of commercial cleaning and/or landscape gardening is desirable but training will be provided to the successful candidate.

Prospect now have almost 900 homes in Wester Hailes. These homes are a mixture of flats and houses in both new and refurbished estates. We are a non-profit making charitable registered social landlord.
