Finding Our Way Through Depression, a new course aimed at supporting those with depression will take place at the Healthy Living Centre on Fridays 1.30pm – 3.30pm from Friday 8 March 2022.
The course is facilitated by therapist and wellbeing educator Maggi Scott . It lasts 7 week and will cover:
- Relaxation exercises
- Building our resilience exercises
- Learning to reconnect with others
- Developing more ways to self-care
- Practising mindfulness in different ways
