Health All Round run a weekly Eco Therapy Group focusing on connecting with nature to improve health and well-being.
The group meets on Mondays 12.00pm – 1.00pm at different green spaces in the Gorgie area. They then go for a short walk suitable for all levels of ability and focus on the natural world and try to connect with the beauty of nature.
Participants are encouraged to dress for the weather.
