Online CBT for Sleep Problems

The Health Agency will be holding an online CBT group to help people with Sleeping problems.

The sessions will take place on Wednesdays from 22 March 2023 to 12 April 2023, 6.00pm – 7.00pm. They will use CBT techniques to help replace thoughts and behaviours that cause sleep problems, and to encourage healthy sleeping habits.
