The Health Agency will be running an online group to support people who are caring for a loved one struggling with mental health.
The group ‘Supporting the Supporters’ will run for four weeks from Tuesday 7 March 2023, each session will take place 6.00pm – 7.00pm.
The course will be facilitated by Health Agency counsellors and will be held on Microsoft Teams.
