Prospect Community Housing are recruiting a Property Officer position to join their Property Services department.
The post is permanent working 35 hours per week Monday to Friday with a salary of £36,860-£40,475.
THE ROLE
We are currently recruiting for an exceptional individual to join our Property Services department. Managing reactive maintenance and our void work you will also lead our Estates Team and ensure our properties and common areas are maintained and presented to the highest possible standard.
ABOUT YOU
The successful candidate will be an experienced property professional; be an excellent communicator, both written and orally; be well organised and committed to providing the best service possible to our tenants. A positive, customer focused attitude is essential. Previous experience of supervising a team and line management is desirable. Driving licence essential.
