Space at the Broomhouse Hub will be holding Space Station a 10-week catering and hospitality course open to anyone aged 16 upwards.
Trainees get hands-on experience with food preparation, learn hygiene rules, and work toward earning their Elementary REHIS Food Hygiene qualification. The course starts starts at 1.00pm on Monday, 11 March 2024.
Previous attendees moved on to paid employment, volunteer roles, and work placements at the Space Kitchen Cafe.
