There is only one week until WHALE Community Cinema will be screening a series of short films curated by Dundee Contemporary Arts as part of Luminate: Scotland’s creative ageing festival. The Short films will be screened on Wednesday , 25 October, 2.00pm for ages 12+.
These short documentaries and fictional tales from Scotland and beyond, ‘Luminate Short Encounters’, are an exciting collection of cinematic wonders. From a Govan welder spouting philosophy and poetry to factory workers standing in solidarity with a nation fighting fascism, the shorts in this programme are a collective of humorous, touching and insightful journeys through all walks of life.
