South West Edible Estates will be holding a workshop instructing how to prune fruit trees and shrubs at the Calders Green Shoots Neighbourhood Garden on Saturday 19 January 2019, 11.00am – 2.00pm.
The workshop will be led by expert pruner Andy Crofts from the Royal Botanic Gardens in Edinburgh. It will focus on pruning techniques, fruit tree and shrub health, different cuts, how to obtain the desired shape and style you want, and when best to prune different fruit trees and shrubs.
