Prospect Community Housing are looking to recruit a Maintenance Officer to provide a high-quality maintenance and repairs service to tenants and customers.
The post is full time working 35 hours per week with a salary of £32,850 – £36,071.
You should not only have experience of working in a customer focused environment, but also have a passion for this. You must have a sound working knowledge of current building regulations, health and safety and other relevant legislation. You will be self-motivated, trustworthy and have the ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with our customers and your fellow workers.
