Wester Hailes library have organised a couple of special Bookbug sessions for Polish and Spanish-speaking families, to celebrate the Scottish Book Trust Bookbug exhibition visiting the Library!
Polish Bookbug Session- Wednesday 23rd February at 15:30
Spanish Bookbug Session- Friday 4th March at 14:30
These will be fun story, song and rhyme sessions for children aged 0-5 and their families, with session leaders from across Edinburgh Libraries teams. Please book a free ticket for each adult on Eventbrite (children do not need a ticket).
The library’s usual Wednesday morning Bookbug Sessions are continuing as usual. If you have not yet seen the exhibition, please come in and have a look! It’s celebrating 10 years of Bookbug bags, featuring all the books that have been gifted to babies, toddlers and nursery-aged children. It also includes a jumbo Bookbug jigsaw to play with, and a ‘selfie’/ photo picture frame to use.
