Tonight between 5 & 6 we ran a Twitter Q & A with the local police, council office and the local fire officer at Sighthill. We were finding out about Operation Cipher which has been running in the area for some time.
The council website describes Cipher:-

Operation Cipher is a multi-agency partnership approach working on the key themes relevant to a neighbourhood.”
