Well here is your chance to find out. Wester Hailes Library are working with Health All Around to encourage people to walk more. Get along to Wester Hailes Library and borrow a pedometer on your library card and start counting your steps today. The pedometers come with a handy starter pack with lots of hints and tips on how to increase your step count.
You can also pick up a map showing walking routes starting and finishing from the library and during the month of August the librarians will be doing guided walks starting from the library and healthy refreshments will be waiting for you on your return.
When you pop in keep an eye out for our progress chart as the Level-UP reading group have challenged the staff to see who can walk the most steps between now and the end of the Commonwealth Games.
