Prospect tenants and staff met on Friday night at the Tenants Forum. It’s an informal group which meets quarterly. It’s a great way to get to know other tenants and staff as well as looking at issues that are important to tenants.
We welcomed new members tonight. Past topics have included Prospect’s Energy Efficiency Strategy, the Tenant and Community Participation Strategy, the Complaints leaflet and feedback on the new website. We’re going to be looking in the future at how Prospect delivers its services to its tenants and wider community.
