A police officer has been injured following a disturbance in Dumbryden Drive on Friday, 10 June 2016.
Officers within Wester Hailes Police station went out to stop two men throwing stones at the building.
Once in the street the men ran off before being caught by the officers.
As the officers were trying arrest the males one of the officers sustained a broken arm.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said:
An 18-year-old man has been arrested following a disturbance on Dumbryden Drive.
The incident happened around 12.45pm on Friday 10 June.
The man will appear at court at a later date.
