The Broomhouse Centre is currently looking to appoint 10 new trainees for their Café Training Project. Trainee’s need to be between the ages of 16 and 25. Each Trainee will receive formal Skills Accreditation training from Borders College and from REHIS to include Elementary Food Hygiene and Elementary Cooking Skills.
Each trainee will experience a real working environment on the job training to include bakery skills, cookery skills, customer service and personal development skills.
