Prospect Community Housing has released a rough guide for their programme of planned maintenance of the next financial year.
The list, available here, details when maintenance such as kitchen replacements and electrical testing will be taken place in specific areas over the coming months. It also has a handy search function letting tenants search for their specific area and see when they will receive maintenance work.
Please be aware that the schedule has the following notice:
Please bear in mind not all properties within these areas are included for various reasons, some houses may have already been upgraded and we will carry out work on an ad hoc basis if items are beyond repair.
