Prospect’s kitchen replacement programme is in full swing with this year’s phase due to be completed in March.
Together with our contracting partners, JTC and SH Properties, we will invest more than £120,000 by installing more than 60 kitchens, mostly in Clovenstone Gardens. As a community based housing association we aim to provide good quality homes in attractive, safe environments and we put significant investment into our housing stock to ensure this. Kitchen replacements are part of our planned maintenance programme which incorporates ongoing maintenance, required replacements, planned improvements and regular inspections/ testing.
Prospect plans to replace their kitchens every 15 years and next year will be working in Dumbeg Park and Westburn. Tenants in these two areas will be contacted once the dates for this next phase have been finalised to give them more details and installation dates.
