The Broomhouse Community One Stop Shop has announced they are currently looking to hire a Volunteer Development Officer.
The post is part time at 14 hours per week, with a salary of £10 per hour, £18,200 pro-rata.
We are currently expanding the services we offer, and are looking for a Volunteer Development Officer to support our current volunteers while recruiting new volunteers. Volunteers are one of our best assets; we have volunteers who regularly give their time to support the work of the project. Under the supervision of the Development Worker and in coordination with the Project Manager, the Volunteer Development Officer will coordinate and manage the recruitment, retention, training and development, scheduling and support of volunteers across our projects. This role is essential in ensuring that volunteers have a rewarding experience at the Community One Stop Shop.
