The next round of Dads2b, free antenatal classes for dads with Dads Rock held in partnership with NHS Lothian will be running on Tuesdays, 6.30pm – 8.30pm, at the Wester Hailes Healthy Living Centre from 3 July 2018.
This free course covers topics such as pregnancy, pain relief, delivery, feeding, sleep, changing, bathing, dressing babies, post natal depression, brain development and a load of other practical advice during the run up to the birth of their baby. There are four two hour classes. Two delivered by an NHS Lothian midwife, the other two lead by one of the Dads Rock team. Our classes are open to all Dads2b from Edinburgh, there are Dads2b classes in East, West and Mid Lothian also.
